Requirements
- Have at least 2 years of related experience in a reporting role.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, Management Information System (MIS), Statistics, or Business Administration.
- Have advanced Excel skills.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Have strong analytical skills.
- Understand data sources, data organization, and data storage.
- Know statistical methodologies and data analysis techniques.
- Be able to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization.
- Database, SQL, and Python experience is preferred.
- Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage master data, including creating, updating, and deleting records.
- Manage users and user roles.
- Provide quality assurance for imported data and commission or decommission data sets.
- Process confidential data and information according to guidelines.
- Develop reports and analysis, and manage the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata.
- Support the data warehouse by identifying and revising reporting requirements.
- Support data integrity and normalization initiatives.
- Generate reports from one or multiple systems and troubleshoot the reporting database environment and reports.
- Evaluate changes to source production systems and assess and implement software updates.
- Train end-users on new reports and dashboards.
