Have 3–5 years of experience in business intelligence, product analytics, data analytics, or a closely related field.
Demonstrate business-level fluency in both French and English for professional, cross-functional, and client-facing settings.
Have experience with SQL, BI and reporting platforms, and data workflows.
Be comfortable presenting insights, explaining analytical findings, answering questions, and engaging directly with business customers.
Translate complex datasets and analyses into clear, practical recommendations.
Connect analytical findings to customer behavior, product performance, business priorities, revenue opportunities, and operational improvements.
Use modern AI tools thoughtfully and evaluate their outputs.
Communicate technical information to technical and non-technical audiences.
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and manage analytics projects with attention to quality, deadlines, and stakeholder needs.
Apply sound judgment to data accuracy, privacy, reliability, and validation of analytical or AI-generated insights.

Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools using Looker, Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, or similar technologies.
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver analysis for strategic and operational decisions.
Analyze customer and user behavior across activation, conversion, engagement, retention, churn, and feature adoption.
Identify product opportunities, funnel drop-offs, friction points, and performance trends.
Automate recurring reports and data workflows using SQL, dbt, and scripting tools.
Support the accuracy and reliability of reporting pipelines, data marts, dashboards, and analytical data.
Develop custom data solutions and present findings to business customers in French and English.
Use AI tools and APIs to accelerate analysis, automate workflows, and improve stakeholder self-service.
Explore AI-enabled analytics use cases and validate outputs for accuracy, privacy, and business relevance.
Share analytics best practices and contribute to analytics initiatives and forums.
