Requirements
- Have 7+ years of demonstrated consulting or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrate a track record of meeting with senior management and executives as a subject matter expert.
- Be able to explain complex client and vendor concepts to audiences with varying levels of understanding.
- Have strong presentation skills.
- Have strong solution design skills.
- Be in close proximity to an airport and able to meet future travel requirements.
- For implementation assignments, be able to travel up to 25%; post-implementation assignments are non-travel.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer process discovery workshops, align on best practices, and develop solutions based on requirements.
- Explain complex client and solution concepts to audiences with varying levels of understanding.
- Develop and apply expertise in the Vault platform.
- Plan, manage, and perform application build, testing, and deployment activities.
- Identify and monitor interdependencies across program or project workstreams.
- Create project deliverables and standards, including process standards.
- Plan and establish post-go-live support and ongoing application changes.
- Mentor and develop junior team members.
