Requirements
- Have 5+ years of active experience in Pharmacovigilance / Drug Safety Operations.
- Bring deep tactical understanding of day-to-day safety case processing workflows.
- Understand case intake, validation criteria, and database reconciliation.
- Understand global expedited reporting timelines.
- Have strategic PV Operations expertise and a clear vision of how PV operating models are evolving toward automation and digital transformation.
- Have demonstrated experience with AI-driven software, automated workflow tools, agentic AI, or machine learning applications in pharmacovigilance or life sciences.
- Bridge PV operational knowledge with technical product teams.
- Present confidently to executive customers.
- Nice to have: experience contributing to the design, implementation, or user-acceptance testing (UAT) of automated pharmacovigilance intake solutions.
Responsibilities
- Advise product and engineering teams on safety case intake, triage, validation, and advanced data reconciliation workflows.
- Review, evaluate, and verify AI-driven platform outputs across case intake and processing.
- Translate PV industry trends and operational shifts into platform capabilities and long-term automation strategies.
- Engage with PV leads and processing specialists at early adopter organizations.
- Translate early adopter feedback into actionable platform enhancements.
- Map complex, multi-variable safety case scenarios to evaluate and calibrate the platform.
