Job Details

Experience: 5+ years of enterprise SaaS product management, engineering, or technical consulting experience, with at least 2+ years focused on AI/ML applications
Required Skills: PythonRESTful APIsPrompt Engineering

Have 5+ years of enterprise SaaS product management, engineering, or technical consulting experience.
Have at least 2+ years of experience focused on AI/ML applications.
Have experience with data flow design, algorithm selection, and model integration.
Have Python coding skills.
Have hands-on experience with AI frameworks and APIs.
Have a strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
Be able to collaborate with engineering, UX design, and application product management teams.
Be able to work with non-technical stakeholders.
Be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with little direct supervision.
Be based in or within one hour of the Eastern Time zone.
Be able to travel 20%.
Nice to have experience in data science, machine learning, or data engineering.
Nice to have experience in life sciences, application development platforms, or software for regulated industries.

Design and develop AI product features for Veeva QualityDocs and Training.
Design and deliver production AI Agent applications, including data flow, orchestration, and prompts.
Work with engineering and UX to automate key business processes using AI.
Assist with AI Agent evaluations.
Present feature capabilities and value to internal and external stakeholders.
