Requirements
- Bring extensive people leadership experience, with 5+ years in people leadership.
- Have a proven track record in process improvements.
- Be a confident spreadsheet user, including pivot tables and nested formulas.
- Have excellent communication skills in English.
- Life sciences education or professional experience is a nice to have.
- Experience in data product businesses is a nice to have.
- Data analysis skills, such as SQL or Tableau, are a nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Identify, conceptualize, and implement process improvements.
- Ensure teams curate high-quality data.
- Guide Data Analysts in assessing data quality.
- Manage a high-performing team.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders from different functions in Link.
- Analyze team performance hands-on.
- Represent Data Operations in a cross-functional product team, collaborating with Product Management, Data Engineering, and Data Science.
- Execute change with speed.
