Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Experience in a data-related or customer service role focused on charting or data visualization.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Google Data Studio, or Excel, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of data analysis and statistical techniques is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work independently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with remote communication tools such as Zoom or Slack and CRM software is a plus.
- Passion for food literacy and sustainability is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Interpret and analyze data to create and update online charts, graphs, and visualizations.
- Prepare and deliver reports based on data insights and client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create interactive dashboards reflecting program goals and impact.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide customized data-driven solutions.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data in charts and visual reports.
- Monitor and improve charting methods and processes.
- Address client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay informed about industry trends, data visualization tools, and best practices.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational improvements.
