Job Details

Have 5+ years of experience within the Life Sciences industry.
Have deep working knowledge of end-to-end pharmacovigilance processes, including case management, aggregate reports, analytics, safety signal detection, risk management/RMPs, PSMF management, and PV agreements.
Bring exceptional presentation skills and a team-first attitude.
Have technical curiosity and an understanding of cloud/SaaS technology.
Be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Hold a bachelor’s degree.
Be willing to travel 20–30%, primarily in the EU.
Pre-sales, solution consulting, or related customer-facing experience is a nice-to-have.
Experience in drug safety/pharmacovigilance groups at pharmaceutical, CRO, or biotech organizations is a nice-to-have.
Experience with Veeva products, Vault Safety, or other safety software is a nice-to-have.
Experience with AI or other advanced technical tools and concepts is a nice-to-have.
Configuration experience and multilingual ability (German, French, or Italian) are nice-to-haves.

Analyze customer challenges and demonstrate how Vault Safety supports end-to-end pharmacovigilance processes.
Configure and deliver tailored presentations and value-based demonstrations of the Veeva Safety Suite.
Identify opportunities to replace manual processes with Veeva solutions.
Build trusted relationships with pharmacovigilance stakeholders.
Prepare solution-based responses to Requests for Proposals and Requests for Information.
Lead workshops and proofs of concept.
Collaborate with Account Executives, Account Partners, Strategy, and cross-functional teams.
Support marketing activities by recording videos, presenting webinars, and attending conferences.
