Requirements
- Have 5+ years’ experience with consulting, project management, account management, or equivalent experience.
- Have direct experience using digital content management systems.
- Have experience working with life science customers, such as pharma, medical device, or consumer health companies.
- Be able to understand customer requirements quickly and create corresponding solution designs.
- Be able to work with customer roles, internal and external stakeholders, and delivery partners while ensuring high-quality solution delivery.
- Be able to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced, distributed environment.
- Be able to travel as required.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or above.
- Be fluent in English.
- Experience implementing regulated content management systems such as Veeva Vault, OpenText, SharePoint, Documentum, FirstDoc/FirstPoint, NextDocs, CARA, or Vodori is nice to have.
- Experience with a DAM tool such as Aprimo, Adobe, Bynder, or Box, or a CRM tool such as Veeva CRM or Salesforce, is nice to have.
- Knowledge of Claims, DAM, Modular Content, MLR review, European regulatory requirements, life sciences compliance, or computer systems validation is nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Implement content management platforms for life sciences customers.
- Lead business process discovery and application design workshops.
- Translate client process requirements into workable solution designs.
- Oversee solution build, testing, and deployment.
- Create process documentation and project deliverables.
- Plan post-go-live activities, including ongoing support.
- Provide subject matter expertise in Veeva Commercial Content applications and define how they fit into customers’ software ecosystems.
