Requirements

  • Be located near Manhattan or Miami.

  • Have excellent communication and interviewing skills.
  • Understand social media content trends.
  • Be able to identify compelling stories and interesting personalities.
  • Be willing to travel for filming opportunities.
  • Be a self-starter with a strong work ethic.
  • Have an interest in finance, investing, technology, economics, or business.
  • Be able to consistently create content at a high volume.
  • Preferred: experience creating TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, or street-interview content.
  • Preferred: a journalism, media, communications, marketing, or content creation background.
  • Preferred: experience interviewing professionals or conducting public interviews.
  • Preferred: knowledge of quantitative finance, trading, investment banking, software engineering, or related fields.

Responsibilities

  • Develop concepts for street-interview content.
  • Film engaging interviews in real-world settings.
  • Interview quantitative traders, software engineers, finance professionals, students, aspiring quants, and members of the public.
  • Create content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and X.
  • Analyze content performance.
  • Help grow the finance-focused media brand.
