Requirements
- Bring more than 2 years of experience as a Quality Data Analyst.
- Have experience in the automotive sector and a basic understanding of vehicle architectures and components.
- Have experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel pivot tables, and databases.
- Be fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Be able to prioritize a dynamic workload from different sources and collaborate with off-site teams.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis.
- Hold an engineering degree and a cédula.
- Have a B1/B2 visa and a passport.
- Be flexible with work hours, including attending meetings at 6:00 a.m. when needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide regular status updates to the designated Team Leader and BO Team through reports, statistics, and evidence of agreed deliverables.
- Propose reports, statistics to track, and formats for delivery evidence.
- Coordinate proposed reporting and evidence formats with Ford Team Leaders and the BO Team, and make requested modifications.
- Ensure deliverables are reviewed in advance and are viable for Ford within agreed timelines and milestones.
- Develop invention disclosures as required.
- Track version-control methods.
- Provide the BO Team with an end-of-purchase-order summary covering deliverables, timelines, achievements, and improvements.
