Job Details

Hold an ACA, ACCA or equivalent UK accounting qualification.
Have experience managing a finance or accounts team.
Have hands-on knowledge of the full accounting cycle, from bookkeeping through to consolidated management accounts.
Have experience across multiple legal entities, currencies and jurisdictions.
Bring experience with intercompany accounting and transfer pricing.
Have strong knowledge of financial controls, audit, statutory reporting, VAT and payroll.
Have solid cash-flow, budgeting and forecasting experience.
Have experience with Xero and strong Excel skills.
Have a track record of improving finance processes and systems.
Be comfortable challenging the business and explaining complex financial information in plain language.

Run the day-to-day finance function across all Group entities, from bookkeeping through to trial balance.
Lead the month-end close and produce management accounts and consolidated Group reporting.
Own cash-flow forecasting and monitor Group cash, debtor days and working capital across currencies.
Strengthen financial controls, policies and approval processes, including intercompany and transfer pricing.
Own revenue recognition across projects, retainers and subscriptions, and improve margin visibility by customer, service and region.
Lead budgeting and reforecasting, and turn variances into insight for the leadership team.
Run the annual audit and coordinate statutory accounts, VAT/GST and tax compliance with external advisers.
Simplify and automate finance processes.
Lead, develop and grow the accounts team.
