Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience in a customer service environment.
- Bring strong written and verbal English skills for phone, email, and live chat communication.
- Use or learn multiple systems, including HubSpot and Front.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail.
- Use customer problem-solving skills and identify other potential issues to resolve.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Respond to and solve inbound customer tickets, emails, live chats, and outbound calls.
- Respond to callback enquiries.
- Participate in proactive customer campaigns, including surveys and new product launches.
- Communicate with pharmacies about queries or issues as required.
- Assist internal stakeholders with customer service-related tasks.
