Requirements

Responsibilities
- Handle a queue of loan applications while meeting established processing quality standards.
- Receive inbound customer calls about loan applications.
- Make outbound calls to verify application details and request additional information when needed.
- Resolve customer issues through phone, email, or fax.
- Keep customer accounts updated with accurate information.
