Requirements
- Have at least 1 year of experience in a high-volume debt collections environment.
- Have experience managing inbound and outbound calls and consistently meeting daily call volume targets.
- Apply conflict resolution, active listening, and de-escalation techniques during challenging calls.
- Use negotiation skills to secure payment arrangements or settlements while following company policy and showing empathy.
- Demonstrate self-management in remote work, including time management and schedule adherence.
- Maintain focus and attention to detail while handling multiple tasks.
- Think quickly and logically to resolve difficult issues under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls with customers who have delinquent loan payments.
- Negotiate and execute payment arrangements while following the company's call flow.
- Resolve concerns and complex issues related to late payments professionally and empathetically.
- Explain the implications of overdue payments and offer assistance with financial resolution.
- Record customer interactions, payment plans, and relevant information accurately in the company database.
