Requirements
- Have at least 1 year of experience in a high-volume debt collections environment.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls and consistently meet daily call volume targets.
- Demonstrate conflict resolution skills, active listening, and de-escalation techniques.
- Use negotiation skills to secure payment arrangements or settlements while following company policy.
- Demonstrate self-management while working remotely.
- Maintain strong time management and strict schedule adherence.
- Maintain focus and attention to detail while multitasking.
- Think quickly and logically to solve difficult issues effectively under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls with customers who have delinquent loan payments.
- Negotiate and execute payment arrangements, following Enova's specific call flow to bring overdue accounts current.
- Resolve customer concerns and complex issues related to late payments with professionalism and empathy.
- Explain the implications of overdue payments and offer assistance for financial resolution.
- Record customer interactions, payment plans, and relevant information accurately in Enova's database.
