Responsibilities
- Provide customer service across all customer service channels.
- Build long-term customer relationships through a customer-first approach.
- Meet and exceed performance goals.
- Help customers shop for products and answer their needs.
- Apply shipping, fulfillment, and returns procedures to process orders efficiently.
- Share customer and product feedback with Merchandising, Operations, and Product Development.
- Learn about different aspects of the business and gain exposure to other teams.
