Requirements
- Have 2 to 5 years of back-end or full-stack development experience.
- Have production experience building and maintaining applications with Ruby on Rails.
- Have 2 to 5 years of experience with relational databases and SQL query design.
- Use AI coding agents such as Claude Code daily for planning tasks and reviewing and testing AI-generated code.
- Maintain strict quality standards for AI-generated code.
- Have experience with automated testing, code reviews, and CI/CD practices.
- Have a history of reliably shipping quality code and features to production.
- Be fluent in English, with strong written and spoken communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and evolve FAdmin, the core flyer processing system, and other Content Platform ecosystem tools.
- Deliver roadmap features end-to-end.
- Use Claude Code and agentic workflows to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.
- Refactor the codebase architecture to make it agent-friendly.
- Support the Content Layer Service Desk and internal Ask boards by addressing issues and service requests.
- Write automated tests and participate in peer code reviews.
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous, high-quality deployments.
