Requirements
- Have 7+ years of industry experience in software engineering, machine learning, or AI-focused roles.
- Have strong hands-on experience with LangGraph and building agentic workflows.
- Have experience fine-tuning LLMs, including supervised fine-tuning and reinforcement learning-based methods.
- Have a strong background in experimental design, model evaluation, and statistical analysis.
- Demonstrate the ability to reduce hallucinations using techniques beyond creative prompting.
- Be proficient in Python and experienced with modern ML/AI frameworks.
- Produce clear, precise, and structured requirement documents, including PDDs, SDDs, and user stories.
- Have a working understanding of the UiPath ecosystem, including Studio, Orchestrator, Document Understanding, and Action Center.
- Be familiar with Azure AI concepts.
- Understand software automation principles, API integrations, SDLC methodologies such as Agile/Scrum, and system architecture basics.
- Be proficient with process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Signavio, or Bizagi.
Responsibilities
- Drive deployment, integration, and scaling of enterprise generative AI solutions.
- Operationalize large language models and retrieval systems on Azure.
- Embed within customer engineering teams to support production deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business partners.
- Communicate results and use analytical skills to support current and future strategy.
