Requirements

  • Have 5+ years of experience in a TPM role working closely with software engineering, product, and design teams.
  • Bring startup or fast-scaling company experience, or a track record of running many concurrent, short-cycle projects.
  • Be comfortable switching context across multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate urgency and a bias for action, including pushing work forward and resolving blockers.
  • Be comfortable operating in ambiguity and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have deep working knowledge of agile methodologies and modern product development practices.
  • Have direct experience managing and facilitating projects using Jira.
  • Be able to discuss technical architecture, workflows, and tradeoffs with engineers.
  • Have a strong command of data analytics tools to support decision-making.
  • Demonstrate analytical and organizational skills, including anticipating risks and course-correcting.
  • Have experience managing cross-functional programs across Product, Design, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering.
  • Familiarity with Amplitude and Segment is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Shopify, Stripe, and Iterable is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Sentry, GCP Cloud Logging, and Snowflake is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Run several concurrent projects, keeping each one scoped, dated, and moving.
  • Partner with engineering, product, and marketing leads to scope, plan, and track initiatives.
  • Manage execution of epics and sprints using Jira and maintain actionable boards.
  • Create and manage dashboards, timelines, and communications for stakeholder decision-making.
  • Facilitate quarterly and sprint-based planning cycles and retrospective processes.
  • Resolve blockers and operational issues to ensure delivery across functions.
  • Build, maintain, and improve documentation, team workspaces, and roadmaps.
  • Guide technical conversations and act as a thought partner to engineering and product leadership.
  • Drive alignment across Engineering, Product, Design, Marketing, and Operations on scope and timelines.
  • Provide proactive status updates and support async documentation and efficient meetings.
