Requirements
- Have 2–5 years of experience in project management, operations, marketing operations or a coordinator role.
- Have excellent written English and strong spoken English.
- Be comfortable working with U.S.-based teammates and leadership.
- Demonstrate strong organization and clear documentation habits.
- Be confident following up with busy people and keeping work moving.
- Use good judgment around prioritization and when to escalate.
- Have experience building wikis, knowledge bases or shared libraries.
- Be comfortable using Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, HubSpot and AI tools for summaries and documentation.
- Have reliable high-speed internet and availability during core U.S. business hours.
Responsibilities
- Log requests and initiatives from leadership and other teams, assign owners and due dates with the Marketing Director, and send weekly status updates.
- Run the marketing project board in Notion and keep initiative statuses, deadlines and blockers current.
- Prepare the weekly marketing team sync.
- Document processes, campaign results, brand guidelines and templates in a shared library.
- Organize approved marketing materials so Sales, Customer Success and other teams can find and use them.
- Coordinate hand-offs between marketing roles and with other teams.
- Help the RFP Specialist and Sales find approved content quickly.
- Help prepare the monthly marketing scorecard for leadership by gathering inputs from owners on time.
