Requirements
- Have at least 1 year of experience in compensation, provider compensation, finance, data analytics, or a related field.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, forecasting, and data analysis techniques.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office applications and able to work effectively with business and financial data.
- Apply analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills to interpret data and develop practical recommendations.
- Show exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Communicate analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Manage recurring deadlines and multiple priorities with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Collaborate effectively with operational, financial, HR, and healthcare stakeholders.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience supporting provider compensation programs, compensation benchmarking, productivity analysis, or provider financial operations is preferred.
- Exercise sound judgment when handling confidential compensation and financial information.
Responsibilities
- Provide compensation consulting and analytical support to Operations, Finance, Human Resources, providers, and other stakeholders.
- Assess the Commercial Reasonableness of provider compensation arrangements and practices with operational leaders.
- Analyze compensation, productivity, benchmarking, and related data to develop recommendations.
- Support specialty-specific provider compensation models, productivity metrics, and forecasts.
- Review provider contracts and update workbooks with compensation, productivity, FTE, and related information.
- Maintain and audit databases and payroll systems to ensure provider compensation and related data are accurate.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews of compensation data, analyses, and reporting.
- Provide data and supporting documentation to external appraisers and consultants for Fair Market Value assessments.
- Support provider compensation contract administration and track action items during service line and department meetings.
- Investigate data discrepancies and help improve compensation reporting and administration processes.
