Have backend software development experience using Java, including Java 6, Java 11, or later versions, and Spring Boot.
Understand software architecture and software engineering principles.
Know relational databases such as Sybase, SQL, and MySQL, and non-relational technologies such as Firestore and Elasticsearch.
Be familiar with monitoring tools and practices for identifying performance issues and maintaining production systems.
Have experience with Git and collaborative software development workflows.
Know software development frameworks, programming principles, and practices for building scalable applications.
Be familiar with cloud technologies and agile methodologies.
Bring analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Have a degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; this is desirable.
Relevant certifications in programming languages, cloud technologies, or agile methodologies are a plus.

Develop and maintain backend applications and software systems using Java and Spring Boot.
Design software architectures for scalability, performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Write clean, efficient, documented code aligned with development standards.
Test, debug, and troubleshoot applications to identify and resolve defects.
Work with relational and non-relational databases and optimize data access.
Monitor production systems and implement solutions to maintain stability and reliability.
Collaborate with development teams and provide technical guidance.
Research and adopt technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve software performance and development efficiency.
Contribute to technical documentation, code maintenance, and continuous improvement.
Participate in agile processes and collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.
