Job Details

Have 3+ years of experience in performance marketing for mobile apps.
Bring hands-on experience buying traffic on TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, and Snapchat Ads, from campaign launch through scaling.
Have experience managing budgets above $300K per month across Social channels.
Understand auction mechanics, bidding strategies, optimization events, and the algorithm principles behind TikTok, Meta, and Snapchat.
Know unit economics, cohort analysis, and performance metrics including CPA, ROAS, LTV, and retention.
Have experience with mobile measurement partners and attribution, including AppsFlyer or Adjust, and understand attribution logic.
Have experience using BI tools such as Tableau and AppsFlyer for data analysis and decision-making.
Have Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English proficiency.

Own and manage traffic acquisition on TikTok, Meta, and Snapchat, from hypothesis testing to scaling.
Scale the Social direction within defined spend, CPA, ROI, and ROAS KPIs.
Build and execute a testing roadmap across creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies.
Build A/B test structures and campaign scaling rules, monitoring CPA and ROI daily.
Work with Creative and PMM teams to generate and validate channel-specific hypotheses.
Analyze and optimize campaigns using AppsFlyer and Tableau, identifying growth opportunities and risks.
Collaborate with TikTok, Meta, and Snapchat network partners on feature testing, betas, and moderation-related communication.
