Requirements
- Hold a master's degree from an accredited school in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Creative Arts Therapy, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Be limited permit eligible; expired LPs are not accepted.
- Experience working in an OMH (Article 31/28) environment is strongly desired.
- LMSW, LMHC, LCAT, or LMFT licensure is a plus but not required.
- Bring strong engagement and interpersonal skills.
- Be passionate about working with underserved communities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct evidence-based therapeutic sessions for children, families, and individuals in person or via telehealth.
- Develop and implement goal-oriented treatment plans.
- Complete documentation by the given deadline and in compliance with program and state regulations.
- Keep clinical notes and client information updated and accurate in the current EHR system.
- Provide conflict resolution and crisis intervention when needed.
