Requirements
- Independently licensed in Michigan (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, Psychologist).
- Current Michigan residency.
- At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience.
- Experience in perinatal, menopausal health, or women's mental health preferred.
- Strong grounding in evidence-based modalities and trauma-informed care.
- Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, EHRs, and telehealth best practices.
- Commitment to participating in a collaborative team model.
- Availability to work 29 hours per week, including at least 5 appointments after 4pm on weekdays.
- Multi-state license is a plus.
- PMH-C certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based care through teletherapy for women navigating reproductive journeys.
- Conduct approximately 20-21 patient sessions per week.
- Participate in individual and group clinical consultations and monthly team meetings.
- Utilize evidence-based modalities including CBT, ACT, IPT, and attachment-based approaches.
- Create and maintain high-quality clinical documentation and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with a supportive clinical team in a feedback-rich environment.
- Contribute to company-wide initiatives.
