Requirements
- Maintain active BCBA certification.
- Hold an Arizona LBA certification.
- Bring strong communication and coaching skills.
- Demonstrate a commitment to compassionate, high-quality ABA services.
- Adapt to changing needs across clinic and remote environments.
- Meet a 25-billable expectation.
- Work Monday through Friday; no weekends.
Responsibilities
- Develop personalized ABA therapy plans.
- Conduct assessments and use data to track client progress.
- Lead and mentor behavior technicians through coaching and expertise.
- Collaborate with caregivers to set goals, celebrate successes, and build trust.
- Provide services through a remote caseload with quarterly travel opportunities.
- Keep up with current ABA research and best practices.
