Requirements
- Hold an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential in good standing with the BACB.
- Have a minimum of five years of BCBA certification for Senior-level consideration.
- Have experience providing ABA services to children and adolescents.
- Be proficient with CentralReach or able to learn it for session data and billing.
- Follow BACB ethical guidelines and CCBS clinical standards.
- Use data-driven decision making and participate in ongoing professional development.
- Write clear clinical reports and communicate effectively with families.
- Experience within the CCS/Catalight Care Services framework is preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish ability is strongly preferred for many service regions.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs grounded in applied behavior analysis.
- Conduct functional behavior, preference, and skills assessments as clinically indicated.
- Review session data and adjust programming to support client progress toward measurable goals.
- Maintain a caseload consistent with salary-level billing expectations and deliver direct therapy when appropriate.
- Supervise Program Managers and master’s-level students through feedback, training, and clinical oversight.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, school teams, and other service providers to align programming across environments.
- Complete progress reports, session notes, and clinical documentation in accordance with CCS/Catalight requirements and CCBS policy.
- Maintain billing records through CentralReach and participate in audit readiness.
