Requirements
- Be a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Have a minimum of 3 months of experience.
- Hold an active Georgia LBA or be willing to apply for the Georgia LBA.
- Complete the 8-hour BACB supervisor training.
- Have experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
- Have access to reliable electronic devices, including Wi-Fi, headphones, a laptop, and a phone.
- Have strong interpersonal and writing skills.
- Be able to work effectively as part of a treatment team.
- Spanish speaking is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide ABA services, supervision, and parent training for children with autism, IDD, and their caregivers.
- Conduct initial assessments and reassessments using VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and AFLS.
- Design and update behavioral programs to meet learner needs.
- Supervise and train ABA technicians.
- Implement, model, and monitor individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians.
- Monitor fidelity of implementation of behavioral goals.
- Provide clinical oversight of behavioral intervention plans.
