Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work for web and mobile applications.
- Deep understanding of user-centred design methodologies, interaction design principles, and visual design fundamentals.
- Proficiency in Figma, including design systems and component libraries.
- Ability to conduct user research and translate findings into actionable design improvements.
- Solid grasp of responsive design principles and best practices.
- Confidence challenging assumptions and advocating for user-focused design solutions.
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in the design process.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and communicate asynchronously.
- Fluent English (C1 level) with strong written and verbal communication for client-facing interactions.
- Experience collaborating with geographically distributed, multicultural teams.
- Preferred: experience at a digital software agency or software development company; basic HTML/CSS; prototyping and usability testing tools; or expertise in fintech, Ad Tech, iGaming, healthcare, or e-commerce.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design process across multiple client projects, from discovery and wireframing through final high-fidelity interfaces.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, interviews, and data analysis to understand user requirements and validate design decisions.
- Translate business requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
- Design responsive, accessible, technically feasible interfaces that follow WCAG and design best practices.
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries across projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA teams throughout design and development.
- Use AI tools to enhance workflows, explore design alternatives, and prototype concepts.
- Present and defend design decisions to clients and stakeholders.
- Test and iterate designs using user feedback and data-driven insights.
