- 8+ years of experience in management consulting, private equity, or similar roles.
Requirements
- Have 8+ years of experience in management consulting, private equity, or similar roles.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Bring experience across multiple industries and business models.
- Demonstrate strong financial acumen, including working capital, IRR, MOIC, and three-statement modeling.
- Demonstrate complex problem-solving and execution across multiple business functions.
- Show the ability to influence stakeholders, build trust, and drive buy-in.
- Adapt quickly to unfamiliar environments.
- Be willing to travel extensively and work on-site with portfolio companies.
- Experience with small or medium-sized businesses is preferred.
- Experience driving growth initiatives in B2B and/or B2C settings is preferred.
- A blend of consulting and hands-on operating experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact between headquarters and portfolio company leadership.
- Collaborate with the investment team to validate and implement value creation strategies.
- Identify and execute high-impact initiatives across pricing, sales, operations, and organizational design.
- Drive performance against operating plans, identify risks, and solve issues.
- Build relationships with operators and influence outcomes without direct authority.
- Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and board communications.
- Collaborate with investments, integrations, and platform teams.
- Travel regularly to work directly with portfolio companies.
