Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience.
  • Have 0–2 years of experience in IT, cybersecurity, or a related technical field; direct IGA experience is a plus but not required.
  • Have a foundational understanding of directory services such as Active Directory and cloud identity concepts such as Azure AD/Entra ID.
  • Have basic familiarity with XML and JSON and understand how REST/SOAP web services work.
  • Understand identity lifecycle concepts such as onboarding, offboarding, and role changes, or be willing to learn.
  • Be interested in access governance concepts such as access reviews and certification campaigns.
  • Have basic awareness of compliance and access control principles, including least privilege and separation of duties, or be willing to learn.
  • Be familiar with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Be able to develop technical documentation and presentations using strong verbal and written skills.
  • Be willing to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

  • Support implementation and enhancement of Identity Governance and Administration solutions under the guidance of senior engineers and architects.
  • Gather and document technical requirements and design.
  • Participate in client discussions alongside senior team members, contributing to requirements gathering and documentation.
  • Engage in training, mentorship, and self-study to build IGA domain expertise.
