Requirements
- Have hands-on experience with AI generators such as Midjourney and Stable Diffusion.
- Have advanced prompt engineering skills.
- Use Adobe Photoshop confidently, including compositing, color correction, and fixing generative artifacts.
- Know the fundamentals of composition, color theory, light, and shadow.
- Understand the graphics preparation pipeline for further animation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze the Director’s Script and Creative Brief to understand the visual task.
- Create AI-generated static visual materials using approved tools.
- Maintain shot-to-shot consistency in character styles, environments, objects, composition, color palette, and lighting.
- Refine materials based on feedback from the Creative Producer.
- Prepare static materials for handover to Animation Production.
- Organize source materials, prompts, and working files according to internal standards.
- Develop the internal prompt library and reusable visual solutions.
- Research and propose tools and approaches to improve product quality and optimize processes.
