Requirements
- Have 2+ years of graphic design experience.
- Bring strong layout, typography, and composition skills.
- Be proficient in Figma.
- Be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Be comfortable producing work at volume across multiple concepts.
- Be able to take direction and iterate quickly.
- DTC ecommerce or agency experience is ideal.
- Experience designing performance ads is listed.
- Motion and After Effects capability is listed.
- Photo retouching and product compositing are listed.
Responsibilities
- Design static ads for Meta and other paid channels, including concepts and variations.
- Produce landing page and email design assets.
- Adapt campaign visuals across formats and placements.
- Turn creative briefs into finished designs.
- Keep brand assets organised and consistent.
