Requirements
- Have technical experience preparing demonstration material.
- Have experience demonstrating products to large organizations.
- Demonstrate strong presentation skills and the ability to think on your feet, overcome objections, and tailor delivery to specific audiences.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Have a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Previous sales experience is preferred.
- A bachelor's or associate's degree is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Present First Due products and modules to a variety of audiences.
- Partner with Account Executives during sales discovery to identify customer needs and shape presentation strategy.
- Prepare demonstration material tailored to customer needs.
- Answer questions from fire chiefs, IT leaders, and other stakeholders about product usage, security, and software infrastructure.
- Identify upsell opportunities and coordinate post-demo follow-ups, including product-related questions.
- Lead training sessions for chiefs, officers, and line personnel on using the First Due platform.
- Maintain knowledge of product roadmaps and timelines for new features.
- Run large-group presentations and partner with the RFP team on bid responses as needed.
- Travel approximately 40% for onsite meetings or trade shows.
