Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3 years of experience.
- Advanced recruiting needs assessment capabilities, including determining staffing, experience, competency, and education requirements.
- Advanced interviewing capabilities.
- Advanced networking skills, including building relationships through industry contacts and professional organizations.
- Intermediate documentation skills, with the ability to ensure documentation is complete, accurate, thorough, and compliant.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute recruitment strategies with hiring managers to attract qualified candidates.
- Build candidate pipelines using applicant tracking systems, job boards, social media, professional networks, targeted outreach, and recruitment events.
- Review applications, screen candidates, and conduct initial phone interviews.
- Schedule interviews and provide candidates with timely updates on their status.
- Partner with hiring leaders to identify recruiting priorities and report on progress.
- Maintain accurate recruiting data in the applicant tracking system and other HR software.
- Determine and negotiate compensation packages within compensation guidelines, communicate offer decisions, and collect signed forms.
- Track recruiting metrics and progress toward departmental and personal goals.
- Provide support, coverage, training, and best practices to peers.
