Requirements
- Have 5+ years of related experience, including 3+ years of physician recruitment experience.
- A BS/BA is preferred.
- Healthcare experience is preferred; radiology experience is also preferred.
- Bring knowledge of the radiology field.
- Demonstrate sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Have experience with networking initiatives and contract negotiation.
- Understand contract language, negotiation strategies, and physician employment trends; this is preferred.
- Use Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Be able to handle multiple requests, often with tight deadlines.
- Be available for up to 25% travel as needed.
Responsibilities
- Source, interview, coordinate, and work with Operations, HR, and Legal to make offers for assigned positions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting process to align candidates with practice needs.
- Pre-qualify applicants for interviews based on high-level standards and RP values.
- Use operational analysis, trending, benchmarking, and research to support staffing projections.
- Analyze, develop, implement, and monitor physician recruitment processes.
- Manage data and administration for recruiting efforts.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies and marketing plans.
- Travel up to 25% for conferences, practice meetings, or other activities as necessary.
