Requirements
- Have at least 1 year of recruiting experience in a high-volume, metric-driven environment.
- Have experience building and maintaining pipelines and talent pools in a CRM or ATS.
- Have experience creating email and outreach campaigns.
- Be proficient in Excel, including formulas and data tools.
- Be comfortable with cold calling and SMS outreach.
- Be detail-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to focus on complex tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Legal industry or legal recruiting knowledge is preferred.
- Experience recruiting independent contractors or gig workers in 1099 models is preferred.
- Experience with sourcing or dialer tools is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through high-volume cold calling, SMS, and email campaigns.
- Execute sourcing strategies to reach candidates nationwide.
- Screen candidates for reliability, qualifications, and role fit.
- Explain the independent contractor model and role expectations to candidates.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines and talent pools in an ATS or CRM.
- Track and report recruiting metrics and KPIs.
- Keep hiring managers updated on strategy, hires, and pipeline status.
- Follow up with newly onboarded process servers to help them begin working.
