Requirements
- Have several years of solid software development experience, including experience with Java and optionally JavaScript or comparable languages.
- Use clean code practices grounded in substantial hands-on coding experience.
- Routinely use agentic AI development tools productively, ideally Claude Code, Cursor, or comparable tools, as a primary work tool.
- Have experience with prompt and context engineering for precise code generation.
- Be able to evaluate, harden, and integrate AI-generated code.
- Have a completed degree in (business) computer science or an equivalent qualification, such as relevant experience as a Fachinformatiker.
- Have very good German skills, spoken and written, and good English.
- Work in a structured and self-directed manner.
- Have experience with agile methods such as Scrum.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate parallel AI agents for features, refactoring, and tests using Claude Code or comparable agentic frameworks.
- Evaluate, curate, and correct AI-generated results.
- Identify and implement AI-assisted improvements to the Java backend and JavaScript frontend.
- Validate and integrate AI-generated code into existing architectures.
- Define tests, reviews, and best practices to ensure reliable software output.
- Develop backend and frontend ideas and technologies with the core team, incorporating AI workflows into development.
- Design and carry out quality assurance and performance optimization measures.
- Provide last-level support and translate business requirements into technical solutions for product stakeholders and sales.
