- Be comfortable using basic technology tools.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers by email, chat, and phone to address product or service issues.
- Advise customers on the proper use of electric appliances.
- Handle customer complaints, clarify customer needs, and determine the cause of problems.
- Expedite corrections or adjustments and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Assist with processing refunds or exchanges.
- Arrange the placement of orders.
