Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or similar roles.
- Have strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, including community management.
- Have experience with CRM or email platforms such as MailerLite.
- Have excellent writing skills in Romanian and English.
- Be comfortable working remotely and managing responsibilities independently.
- Be flexible to occasionally work weekends.
- Work through a collaboration via PFA/SRL.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow Romanian Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok channels.
- Publish engaging content regularly, including on weekends, and moderate Facebook groups.
- Respond to comments, messages, and community discussions in a timely and professional way.
- Adapt global campaigns to Romanian audiences with local colleagues.
- Coordinate with designers and copywriters to produce creative assets.
- Manage and optimize MailerLite campaigns, automations, and branching workflows.
- Prepare and send two newsletters per week.
- Develop referral and ambassador programmes and coordinate with Romanian influencers and partners.
- Create co-marketing initiatives with cruise lines from idea through implementation.
- Track KPIs, report on social and campaign performance, and recommend improvements.
