Requirements
- Have project management experience across different technologies, with detailed knowledge of processes and people management.
- Demonstrate experience with project management processes, methodologies, governance and stakeholder management.
- Have knowledge of project methodologies including PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile, or Lead/Six Sigma.
- Have fundamental knowledge of the ITIL framework and/or service management approaches.
- Demonstrate leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, initiative and integrity.
- Engage business stakeholders to clarify requirements and manage competing priorities.
- Balance competing needs while providing value.
- Bring strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills.
- Have strong interpersonal and written communication skills, including the ability to influence team members and engage senior stakeholders.
- Technical qualifications in project management, such as PMBOK, PMI CAPM/PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile, are desirable.
Responsibilities
- Prepare project management plans and detailed work schedules for project implementation.
- Assign tasks to team members and coordinate daily processes.
- Monitor team progress and project implementation.
- Manage risks and issues raised by the project team.
- Manage the project budget and ensure deadlines are met.
- Optimize the use of human resources and skills, and ensure the quality of assigned tasks.
- Take responsibility for the overall success of the project.
- Prepare and present project implementation reports.
