Requirements
- Have 5+ years of professional experience in hospitality, multifamily, commercial interior architecture, or a closely related environment.
- Demonstrate strong professional proficiency in Revit.
- Have working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Have experience developing and coordinating construction document sets.
- Be able to produce technically accurate plans, elevations, sections, and architectural details.
- Have a strong understanding of architectural documentation and project coordination.
- Work independently and remain productive in a fully remote environment.
- Maintain substantial overlap with U.S. Central Time.
- Be available for occasional project-related travel when required.
- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
- Demonstrate attention to detail, documentation quality, organization, and deadline management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate interior architectural documentation throughout multiple project phases.
- Create Revit drawing packages, including floor plans, elevations, sections, construction details, and related documentation.
- Coordinate architectural drawings and technical information with interior designers, external consultants, and project leadership.
- Review shop drawings, submittals, and supporting documentation for accuracy and consistency with design intent.
- Participate in virtual project coordination meetings and communicate updates, questions, and potential issues.
- Support quality control of architectural documentation and help identify and resolve drawing or coordination issues.
- Maintain organized and accurate project files while meeting established deadlines.
- Use digital and AI-assisted tools when appropriate to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Support projects remotely and travel occasionally for site visits, project milestones, or client presentations.
