Job Details

Experience
5+ years of active experience specializing in Fixed Indexed Annuities (FIAs) and retirement income planning.

Requirements

  • Hold an active Life Insurance Producer’s License.
  • Have 5+ years of active experience specializing in Fixed Indexed Annuities (FIAs) and retirement income planning.
  • Demonstrate $2M+ in annual FIA production or equivalent top-tier sales volume.
  • Have consultative closing skills and an empathetic, client-first communication style.
  • Be comfortable working in an independent, commission-based 1099 structure.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-person, consultative appointments with pre-qualified clients who have active living trusts.
  • Analyze client financial profiles to identify gaps in retirement income, market exposure, and capital preservation.
  • Design and present tailored Fixed Indexed Annuity (FIA) and safe-money income strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal processing and case-design teams on application submission and policy delivery.
  • Maintain a high closing ratio while delivering a strong client experience across your territory.
