Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience in HSE, customer compliance, contractor prequalification, safety administration, or a related field.
- Have experience administering Avetta, ISNetworld (ISN), Veriforce, Achilles, or comparable contractor management/customer compliance platforms.
- Bring working knowledge of OSHA requirements, incident metrics, EMR, training and certification records, written safety programs, and customer HSE qualification requirements.
- Have experience managing customer prequalification documentation, questionnaires, compliance submissions, renewals, and corrective actions.
- Manage high volumes of documentation, expiration dates, customer-specific requirements, and recurring deadlines accurately.
- Independently review customer requirements, identify compliance gaps, coordinate responses, and escalate significant risks.
- Have organizational and project-management skills to manage multiple customer accounts and competing priorities.
- Communicate effectively in writing and verbally across HSE, Operations, Commercial, HR, Legal, Procurement, and other business functions.
- Use analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends, recurring deficiencies, and process-improvement opportunities.
- Exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and own customer compliance activities from initial request through resolution.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office and related business systems used for documentation, tracking, reporting, and collaboration.
- Be able to travel up to 10% within the United States.
Responsibilities
- Administer customer HSE compliance activities in Avetta, ISNetworld (ISN), Veriforce, Achilles, and other contractor management platforms.
- Maintain customer-facing profiles, safety information, questionnaires, written programs, OSHA records, incident metrics, EMR information, certifications, and compliance documentation.
- Monitor customer qualification status, platform dashboards, grades, deficiencies, expirations, renewals, and outstanding actions.
- Review customer HSE requirements, identify gaps, and coordinate responses and corrective actions with HSE subject-matter experts, Operations, and other stakeholders.
- Support customer onboarding and prequalification by completing questionnaires, gathering records, and coordinating cross-functional responses.
- Provide HSE documentation for proposals, RFPs, bid submissions, and customer qualification packages.
- Coordinate training and certification documentation with Workforce Development and Operations, addressing missing or expired records.
- Support customer audits, compliance reviews, scorecards, and platform assessments, and track corrective actions through closure.
- Analyze recurring compliance deficiencies, recommend process improvements, and maintain standardized documentation, templates, and compliance matrices.
- Prepare reports on qualification status, deficiencies, upcoming expirations, corrective actions, and compliance risks.
