Have senior-level expertise in modern Java and strong experience with Spring, including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security.
Have frontend development experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js, plus HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and RESTful API consumption.
Use Generative AI tools such as Gemini, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or ChatGPT for code generation, refactoring, automation, and testing.
Have experience with TDD, BDD, unit and integration testing, static code analysis, and code reviews.
Be familiar with testing tools such as JUnit, Mockito, Jest, or Cypress.
Understand Clean Code, SOLID principles, and Design Patterns.
Have experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle, and knowledge of NoSQL databases.
Have architectural experience with microservices, Domain-Driven Design, Event-Driven Architecture, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
Have experience with DevSecOps, AWS or GCP, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Know observability practices and tools such as ELK, OpenTelemetry, Jaeger, Zipkin, Datadog, Grafana, or New Relic.
Understand secure application development, authentication, and authorization, including technologies such as Okta, OAuth 2.0, JWT, or OpenID Connect.
Bring mentoring and knowledge-sharing skills and the ability to support other engineers' technical development.

Design and develop backend components and services using Java and the Spring ecosystem.
Build and evolve frontend functionality using React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Integrate Generative AI tools into development workflows for code generation, refactoring, documentation, automation, and testing.
Develop unit and integration tests and support their execution in CI/CD pipelines.
Design and work with microservices, REST APIs, Domain-Driven Design, event-driven architectures, and distributed systems.
Apply DevSecOps, cloud-native, containerization, and automated delivery practices.
Implement and support observability through logging, tracing, monitoring, metrics, alerting, and APM.
Review pull requests, provide technical guidance, and improve code quality, security, and architectural consistency.
Mentor team members and collaborate with technical leads, functional analysts, product teams, and engineers.
