Job Details

Have strong professional experience with C# and .NET development, including ASP.NET and backend application development.
Have hands-on experience developing APIs using C# and .NET.
Have practical experience with ORM frameworks such as Dapper or Entity Framework.
Have hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, particularly Web Apps, Function Apps, Blob Storage, and Key Vault.
Have previous experience leading software development teams or serving in a technical leadership capacity.
Remain hands-on with development and coding while providing technical direction to other engineers.
Translate technical requirements into practical solutions and guide implementation.
Communicate technical updates clearly to management and stakeholders.
Manage competing technical priorities while maintaining focus on quality and delivery.
Work independently and effectively in a fully remote environment.

Lead technical development initiatives while remaining actively involved in coding and solution delivery.
Design, develop, maintain, and enhance applications and APIs using C# and .NET.
Develop and support ASP.NET applications and backend services.
Build data-access solutions using ORM frameworks such as Dapper or Entity Framework.
Design and implement APIs using C# and .NET.
Work with Azure Web Apps, Function Apps, Blob Storage, Key Vault, and related cloud capabilities.
Provide technical guidance to development team members and drive effective engineering practices.
Monitor project and technical progress and communicate updates, risks, and outcomes to management.
Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve challenges.
Contribute to technical decisions, troubleshooting, code quality, and continuous improvement.
