Licensed only candidates based in ID, MT, WY, GA, TN, AL, OK, KS and KY. SalaryStarting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth. Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission. Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward, can earn up to $85k+.

Requirements
- Have 2 years of sales/service-related work experience.
- Bring strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
- Communicate well with prospects and customers.
- Demonstrate analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Have strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
- Obtain a Property and Casualty Insurance license after hire; paid licensing training is provided if needed.
- Be available to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day.
- Be prepared to work one of the listed shifts for at least 6 months before consideration for another shift.
- For work at home, maintain a professional workspace with a dedicated desk and wired high-speed internet meeting the stated speed requirements.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and warm leads.
- Consult with customers about their insurance needs.
- Match customers with appropriate insurance coverages, products, and benefits.
- Convert sales leads into policyholders.
- Represent the Liberty brand when connecting with customers.
