Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Have at least 6 months of customer service experience.
- Understand the value of coaching and feedback.
- Demonstrate a caring, supportive, and friendly nature in every interaction.
- Be comfortable sitting at a desk and working with multiple monitors.
- Be familiar with Android and iOS mobile applications.
- Be results oriented and comfortable providing customers with recommendations and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers through inbound calls, outbound calls, and email.
- Identify customer needs through active listening, emotional intelligence, and follow-up questions.
- Use the provided knowledgebase to research answers to customer inquiries.
- Respond to customers with timely, accurate information.
- Document customer needs, interactions, and outcomes in the appropriate tool or system.
- Take ownership of customer interactions and provide service promptly.
- Participate in regular 1:1 coaching sessions with a supervisor to meet key performance indicators.
