Requirements

  • Demonstrate a proven track record of sales success, particularly in the Workers' Compensation and IME industries.
  • Bring extensive industry experience and a deep understanding of Workers' Compensation processes and IME services.
  • Have established relationships with stakeholders in the workers' compensation space, auto industry, and law firms.
  • Be able to develop business from law firms in the New York market.
  • Have business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting; preferred.
  • Have experience with the Counter Affidavit market; preferred.
  • Have an associate's or bachelor's degree; preferred. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Demonstrate communication, negotiation, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Be self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Be located near a major airport and able to travel frequently, including overnight trips.
  • Supply and support personal internet services and maintain an uninterrupted internet connection while working from home.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Workers' Compensation IME space.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with insurance companies, attorneys, third-party administrators, and medical professionals.
  • Research potential clients and understand their needs.
  • Create and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on client onboarding and service.
  • Track industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
  • Attend industry conferences, networking events, and trade shows to represent Dane Street and build a professional network.
